The grant is done, thankfully. It was submitted to an office on campus on Tuesday and then to the USDA yesterday. I spent 75 hours last week working on it and already had 25 hours in this week by the time I submitted it on Tuesday. I'm beat. Now I just need to catch up on EVERYTHING that has fallen by the wayside over the last three weeks. And get ready...

Thank GOD the grant is in and done. I think a trip to visit family is just what the doctor ordered!
WHAT??? How do I not know about this? Hopefully the trip can be somewhat sane... I know how you're pressed to see everyone when you're here.

the trip sounds like a great idea. She'll probably sleep thru the entire plane ride. I don't remember if you're nursing but if so bring a manual pump on the plane in case she sleeps thru a feeding. I got so engorged on a plane once when DS didn't want to wake up.
Congrats on getting the grant done too, you must feel about 1000lbs lighter now that it's off your back.
