Holy Weight Watchers!

I weighed in tonight at the gym. The last time I weighed was the beginning of last week. I'm down a little over 6 pounds since then! And down almost 1.5% body fat since the last time I had it measured.

Granted, I was sick with the flu for 2 days last week. But, wow. I didn't expect to see the numbers I did. Guess there's no question as to whether the online program works for me.

Sign me up for 3 more months!

Glad week 1 was a success - here's to another success in Week 2! (As I said to another friend, don't get discouraged if you don't have a second big week... WW wants you to lose between 0.5 and 2 lbs per week on average.)

Woo Hoo! Hope the success continues for you.

And I know you've heard this before, but remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and if you want it to stay off you're not going to lose it overnight. Though I know your goal is more to tone up than lose a bunch of weight.

BTW... just got a glimpse of your ticker - 2 weeks from today and you'll be an old lady!

Congrats, six pounds is great. I have similar aspirations, now I only have to conquer the "I'm still nursing" urge to eat. Lots. I'm cheering for you.
