We made it -- with under 3 minutes to go before the deadline. I honestly didn't believe it was going to happen. The girl who did the submission said she's never had one go in so smoothly (once they were ready to submit it). I guess after everything else, we were due for something to go correctly.

Yea! I'm so glad that you were able to get that turned in. Why does it always have to be such a hassle? I swear there has to be some beaurocratic agency in the government whose job it is to try and figure out how to make everything as complicated and stressful as possible. :) I hope you took some well-deserved time to relax.
